Montreal law enforcement and emergency services hold annual polar bear challenge

February 18, 2023
Montreal police along with other law enforcement, emergency services and other special guests held their annual polar bear challenge on Saturday. As Global's Phil Carpenter reports, the challenge includes jumping into the Lachine Canal to raise funds for a good cause, build morale and focus on inclusion.
