John Michael Aronson had a warrant out for his arrest after police say he removed his electronic monitoring device and fled a recovery home in Surrey. It was less than a week ago police warned the public he would likely return to the Kelowna area. On Thursday, West Kelowna RCMP said he was found passed out inside of a vehicle in Peachland just before noon. He and a female passenger were arrested and are being held in Kelowna until their next court date.
