Convicted sex offender released despite violating supervision order

Randall Hopley, the convicted sex offender who abducted a boy in Sparwood 12 years ago, is free again, despite a parole board recommending charges against him for not complying with supervision orders. As Rumina Daya reports, it comes after an incident at a Vancouver library last fall.
