September 30th set to become a statutory holiday in B.C.

The B.C. government has introduced legislation to make National Day for Truth and Reconciliation a statutory holiday. Global News Morning speaks with Grand Chief Stewart Phillip of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs about what the designation means for reconciliation, and how he hopes British Columbians will commemorate the day.
