Regina anti-graffiti program offers free buff paint, aims to spark community beautification discussion: councillor

Andrew Stevens, Regina city councillor for Ward 3, spoke on Tuesday about a pilot program that provides free paint to property owners affected by unwanted graffiti. Stevens said feedback from constituents was a combination of concern and acceptance of the graffiti.
