Concerns grow over mess outside of the supervised drug consumption site

It is an area of Kelowna’s downtown core that requires constant clean-up. Garbage and other debris is a common sight outside of the supervised drug consumption site prompting growing concerns. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, some believe the consumption site’s operator needs to better uphold the Good Neighbour policy.
