Cardinal Marc Ouellet, a Quebec native and senior Catholic figure for the last 12 years, is retiring. Earlier this month, the Archdiocese of Quebec confirmed two cases of sexual misconduct were launched against him. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports, he has denied the allegations.
