B.C.’s 3-year drug decriminalization trial starts Tuesday

B.C. will be the first jurisdiction in Canada to remove criminal penalties for the possession of some hard drugs when the province's three-year exemption under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act starts Tuesday.
