A plea from Parks Canada tonight for people to stop abandoning their pets at Rouge National Urban Park. The government agency says it has seen a three-fold increase in the number of pets and exotic animals being left behind. But according to one local animal rescue, the problem extends far beyond the boundaries of just one park. Shallima Maharaj reports.
