Consuming more than two drinks of alcohol per week increases your risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer, according to new guidelines outlined by the Canadian Centre of Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA). The CCSA has gone so far as to recommend the government mandate warning labels on beverage containers, similar to what's been done with cigarettes. Professor Geoffrey Fong of the University of Waterloo joins Global News to shed some light if such labels should be seen on alcohol.
