New guidance around drinking recommends 2 alcoholic drinks or less a week

The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction says one to two drinks a week is considered low risk to your health while three to six drinks a week is moderate risk. The Centre says any more a week could put you at risk for cancer and cardiovascular disease. Marianne Dimain reports.
