Ford sidesteps question on preventing private clinics from upselling

Asked how the province would prevent private clinics from upselling patients, Ontario Premier Doug Ford sidestepped the question Monday, saying they were focused on reducing the surgery backlog. He also said the new plan would help in making operating and surgical rooms more available for more procedures to be performed.
