Ashley Nemeth, a visually impaired Regina resident, spoke on Monday about the poor conditions of snowy residential sidewalks. Nemeth said uncleared snow and ridges make walking difficult for the blind or partially sighted. She added that unkempt conditions also make it difficult whether she is walking on the road or sidewalk.
