In late December, Global News shared the story of a woman who uses a wheelchair and a service dog and was stranded in downtown Edmonton when the taxi company she booked never showed. Now the advocate for persons living with disabilities is saying there has been an increase in these types of complaints. Sarah Komadina has more.
