NFL VP says Damar Hamlin’s cardiac arrest was ‘greatest fear,’ says emergency action plan ‘executed to perfection’

NFL executive vice-president of football operations Troy Vincent spoke Wednesday about Damar Hamlin suffering a cardiac arrest at a Buffalo Bills game Monday, saying the emergency was his "greatest fear flashed in front of him." But he said thanks to emergency officials, "you gave our brother Damar another day to live, another chance to fight." He also said the emergency action plan was "executed to perfection."
