Speaking at the memorial for former Liberal cabinet minister Jim Carr on Saturday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called the Winnipeg MP a “truly great Canadian.” Trudeau added that Carr had made him “feel so special,” adding that Carr’s ability to “inspire” was a gift that was “just so extraordinary to discover.”
