Province of Alberta creates Calgary task force to tackle social issues

Alberta’s United Conservative government is allocating millions of dollars to create what it calls the Calgary Public Safety and Community Response Task Force. The province says it will be responsible for providing help to those struggling with addiction and homelessness, while improving public safety. But critics say the plan is already a fail.
