Catalytic converter thefts spike in first half of 2022

Thefts of catalytic converters spiked in the first half of 2022, new data compiled for Global News show. ICBC says the value of stolen pollution control devices in the first six months of the year cost British Columbians more than $6 million, almost as much as in all of 2021. Aaron McArthur reports.
