Making unique bulk recipes in a jar

Long before a TikTok video went viral in November of a young woman from the U.S. marveling about the selection at Bulk Barn, Canadians were quite comfortable with self-serve scooping into bags and jars. Some folks have taken bulk purchasing to a new level, by organizing ingredients in pre-planned portions and mixes that turn into cookies, signature spice blends, and even meals with the addition of a few extra ingredients.
