Regina court hears dispute regarding city motion to help unhoused population

Florence Stratton, the applicant of a complaint against Nicol Anderson, Regina City Manager spoke outside the Regina Courthouse on Tuesday. Stratton demands that the $24.9 million approved by Regina City Council to help the city’s unhoused population be added to the budget.
