Laval family calling for answers following recent pedestrian death

A Laval family is left with more questions than answers following the death of an elderly pedestrian earlier this month. They're wondering why criminal charges aren't being laid and why better road safety measure aren't in place at the intersection that cost their loved one's life. Global's Phil Carpenter reports.
