A Quebec Superior Court judge has ruled that the public security plan for Quebec's 2012 election night had a "major flaw" that allowed for a gunman to carry out a deadly attack at the venue where the premier-elect was delivering her victory speech. As Global's Elizabeth Zogalis reports, four stagehands who were working at the Metropolis in Montreal on the night of, have been awarded close to $300,00 in damages.
