Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Thursday that his government would not use the notwithstanding clause to fight a court ruling that struck down a law that limits wages for public sector workers, though called the ruling "very interesting" and that the government would appeal. He said there's "precedent" and wants to "go through the process."
