Making music can be mesmerizing for all ages, including youth. Sometimes, financial barriers mean those vibrations don't make it to everyone. The Kawartha Youth Orchestra is here to make that music resonate regardless of barriers for 100 kids in our region. Joy Simmonds joins Noor Ibrahim to share about their bursary program, RESONATE.
