November 27, 2022
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was one of several witnesses who testified to a national security threat posed by the convoy and its blockades at the Emergencies Act public inquiry. While Trudeau said his decision to invoke the act was justified, the commission has until early next year to reveal its ruling. ‘The West Block’ host Mercedes Stephenson speaks with freelance investigative journalist Justin Ling and The Globe and Mail Ottawa bureau chief Robert Fife to break down the testimony and discuss where Canada goes from here.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was one of several witnesses who testified to a national security threat posed by the convoy and its blockades at the Emergencies Act public inquiry.
