Kelowna city council rejects highrise agreement

A parcel of land in Kelowna’s downtown that’s been the subject of controversy over recent years is back in the news tonight. The development proposed for the site of the former RCMP detachment has been unanimously rejected by city council–not because of the development itself but the amount people would have to pay to live there. Jasmine King reports.
