Andrew Berry was found guilty of killing his two daughters, six-year-old Chloe and four-year-old Aubrey in Oak Bay on Christmas Day in 2017. Berry maintans his innocence – and filed his appeal shortly after he was sentenced to life in prison with no parole for 22 years.
