Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Friday, as the APEC summit came to a close in Bangkok, Thailand, that Canada would open an agricultural office in the Indo-Pacific region. Trudeau said the office would help Canada’s agricultural products “reach new markets and feed this region’s growing population.”
