Consumer Matters: Canadian E-Fest refunds and proposed class action

One of the plaintiffs named in the proposed class action against organizers of the now-cancelled Canadian E-Fest electric car race has received a full refund. The Vancouver event was cancelled in April 2022 with the promise of refunding ticketholders, but many haven’t seen a dime.
