Negotiations end without a deal as CUPE heads for Friday strike

Mediated talks ended between the government and a union representing 55,000 education workers in Ontario on Thursday afternoon. The collapse means the government will pass controversial legislation to impose a contract on workers and CUPE members will strike. Colin D’Mello reports.
