Quebec food banks sound alarm over increasing demand

Food banks across Quebec say that in the past year, they’ve seen demand explode while their ability to help is more limited. The conclusions are part of the province’s annual hunger report released on Thursday. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, this comes at the heels of high interest rates and inflation, stretching many people’s financial means.
