It’s a time to celebrate libraries. October is Canadian Library Month, this week is Ontario Library Week, and October 21 is Canadian Library Workers Day.
In Selwyn Township though, library celebrations have been taking place since October 14, when the Lakefield branch opened its Makerspace.
Selwyn Public Library’s head librarian Sarah Hennessey joined Teresa Kaszuba on Global News Morning Peterborough to explain how any resident can gain access for free.
