The Saskatoon Public Library’s CEO, Carol Cooley, spoke on Wednesday about plans for the new public library. She said the building will incorporate audio and video studios as well as a cooking studio. Cooley said these learning spaces will help develop essential skills and improve quality of life for the community. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2023.
