Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area fell by 44 per cent in September compared to the same time last year. As Sean O’Shea reports, real estate agents say it’s a matter of reduced inventory while some mortgage brokers warn people will have more difficulty keeping their homes in the next few months because of rising interest rates.
