After lengthy construction delays due to the pandemic, a much-needed resource for homeless women was inaugurated in Montreal on Thursday. The night shelter has 24 beds and aim to help women get back on their feet.
But as Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, Chez Doris has already outgrown the renovated building.
