Twenty vulnerable women in Montreal will soon have a new place to call home. Chez Doris inaugurated its first-ever rooming house for women experiencing homelessness. The facility, located in downtown Montreal, has room for 20 women and will offer them around-the-clock services. As Global's Felicia Parrillo explains, it's part of an ongoing effort by the city to create more permanent housing.
