There was more mudslinging in the race to become Alberta's next premier on Wednesday, when five UCP leadership hopefuls made the trip to Fort McMurray to give their vision of the province at an oilsands conference. As provincial affairs reporter Tom Vernon reports, the race is happening because of infighting over the past two years and a new leader will have to unite the caucus and membership – but it may prove to be a bumpy journey.
