Health Matters September 12: When Jan Fletcher of Sherwood Park was seriously injured after the horse she was riding was spooked by bison, doctors told her she wouldn’t walk again, let alone ride. Now staff of the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital are honouring her with a Courage Award – for getting back in the saddle. Su-Ling Goh reports.
