The McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) is facing allegations of systemic discrimination from employees and patients. Multiple staff members who spoke to Global News say it has been a problem for years despite many complaints. They say the situation has created an atmosphere where many are stressed, don’t feel valued and want to leave. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
