Alberta lieutenant governor doesn’t guarantee she’d OK proposed ‘sovereignty act’

Alberta’s lieutenant-governor Salma Lakhani said it’s not a guarantee that she would automatically sign off on a proposal from United Conservative Party leadership candidate Danielle Smith to pass a “sovereignty act” bill aimed at ignoring federal laws and court rulings. Sarah Reid reports.
