A Newfoundland and Labrador couple is fighting a school board to get their deaf child the same quality education as children with hearing. Kimberly and Todd Churchill say their son, Carter, should receive proper assistance in the classroom. As Ross Lord reports, the province’s human rights commission is looking into the case.
