Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson announced on Wednesday the province will roll out an affordability package for families with a total cost of $87 million. Stefanson said the plan is intended to assist families and seniors "who are hurting the most." The province expects to distribute an average or $440 to 145,000 families.
