RCMP commissioner frustrated by ‘miscommunication’ after Nova Scotia mass shooting

RCMP commissioner Brenda Lucki said Tuesday, during her testimony in front of the inquiry into the Nova Scotia mass shooting, that it was not important to her whether the weapons seized by RCMP were released to the media but that she was frustrated by “miscommunication.”
