Edmonton Mayor Amarjeet Sohi expressed disappointment and said public-private partner TransEd will be held accountable for the delays in the opening of the Valley Line LRT southeast leg, as well as ensuring the line is safe after thermal expansion cracks were discovered in the concrete pillars of some sections of raised track.
