Pope Francis says prayer at Lac Ste. Anne in Alberta during pilgrimage

Visiting Alberta’s Lac Ste. Anne on Tuesday during a holy pilgrimage, as part of his trip to make reparations for the abuses Indigenous Peoples and their ancestors suffered at the hands of Catholic residential schools, Pope Francis delivered a prayer by the body of water, surrounded by devotees and Indigenous people.
