Charges laid in fatal Calgary dog attack

Charges have been laid after a fatal Calgary dog attack in June. If convicted, the owners could face thousands of dollars in fines and possibly even jail time. As Global’s Elissa Carpenter reports, the charges are under the city’s responsible pet ownership bylaw but a criminal investigation is still underway.
