Gordie Hogg named Surrey First mayoral candidate

The Surrey mayoral race is heating up with another high-profile candidate throwing his hat in the ring. The announcement of Gordie Hogg’s candidacy for mayor was made outside Surrey city hall by Surrey First councillor Linda Annis.
