An area of Manhattan was evacuated on Tuesday as officials deemed a high-rise that was under construction was at risk of collapse. Firefighters were called to the 37-storey office tower, a former Pfizer headquarters being converted into luxury apartments, after reports of bricks falling from the high-rise. Nearby buildings, including a school with approximately 400 children, were evacuated.
