N.B. designates 100,000 hectares of protected lands and waters

New Brunswick has designated nearly 100,000 hectares of lands as protected, as part of its commitment to conserve 10 per cent of the province by next year. As Silas Brown reports, environmental groups applaud the decision, but some Indigenous leaders are concerned they were not properly consulted.
