Bylaw changes for vacant and damaged Kelowna properties

In order to prevent fires at vacant and damaged buildings, an update is coming to Kelowna’s Fire and Life Safety bylaw. As Jasmine King explains, the need for changes became an issue after repeat incidents at local properties.
